ΒΆ Chatbot user guide
When you purchase an AI plan at GWOCO you will get one default chatbot URL and you may be able to create multiple other chatbots depending on your plan. Chatbots are created using the chatbot admintrator module. This is a guide to show you how to use the chatbot. Make sure you have trained your chatbot on your documentation before using your chatbot. If you do not it will give you answers based only on the OpenAI knowledgebase
To use the chatbot please use the url provided to you in your subscription email to navigate to the chatbot. Alternatively if you have created your own chatbots you can get those chatbots URL's by following the instructions in the chatbot administrator module user guide.
You will next be shown the following chatbot interface:
You can input your queries in the field at the bottom of the chatbot interface and press arrow. Your answer will appear immediately. On the left side bar you will your chat history. Not that this proprietory chatbot was created using our chat API. You may create your own chatbots using this API. Please consult our API section.
